Reporting Obligations
All production API licensees must submit monthly usage reports to CDNA. Reports must include summary usage data and entitlement records as specified in the Market Data License Agreement.
Reporting Cadence
Monthly — due by the 15th of the following month.

Derived Data — Restricted
No derived data is permitted without special approval from CDNA. This includes any transformation, aggregation, or repackaging of the raw market data.
Audit Rights
CDNA reserves the right to review systems and records for compliance at any time per the Market Data License Agreement.

Can I create derived data products from the API data?
No. Derived data creation — including any transformation, aggregation, or repackaging — is restricted and requires explicit written approval from CDNA before proceeding.
